When all else fails-RTFM
2 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. The guy who gave this one star needs to repeat the process. I followed the directions applying new gas, mixed the oil package, and fuel stabilizer. Followed the starting instructions and it worked perfectly! The only draw back was the shaft connecting the two was bent upon delivery. I grabbed my channel lock and bent the connecting tube back into place. For really tall weeds, you need to cut from the top down and make 3 sweeps. . .Lastly, do yourself a favor, purchase replacement cord before starting a big job. The cord included did not last long. Also, get the heavy duty cord; I replaced my cord with thinner cord I had on hand, it worked; however, not as well as the included heavier duty cord.

PACKAGING
Happy with product. It was a little expensive for a 16 year old vehicle.
Parts Container was very fast and efficient with shipping.
The packaging was substandard and part could of been damage.
Box was crushed but item was OK.
