The only option allowed is “positive” experience however that is far from true. The buyer discountab wants a discount wherever they go. Once they receive the item they will constantly bully you into a discount and send fake invoices of work they had to do on it. When offering them to return it for a refund, they will repeat the same thing over and over and threaten you by saying they will contact eBay. I would not do business with them.
