It's OK, not really like great sound tra...

It's OK, not really like great sound transmitted quality, but serves the purpose to boost my Sirius radio signal to my good old 3M FM headphones in the front and back yard and to the stereo in the garage.. Very picky for placement and adjustment to keep the buzz down like others have said but it's decent, and looks good to, just hope it will last..

Dual Electronics XR4120 Digital Media Receiver

Easy to set up, no problems with SD card play and preamp outputs, that was the purpose of getting this unit. Sound quality is decent, it has loudness that punches the bass out well and all around brings it really to life. Buttons feel good and it has a remote also that has good responce. Basically we have two that replaces our CD players that are Panasonic and Marantz, pretty sad this souinds just as good as those and responds much faster with Sandisk Ultra SD cards. Note these are not going into cars they are home units, so far one in the garage and one in the house. Just need to make or by a case for them, by the way basically no heat gernerated when running on the preamp outputs. The pic shown is the gareage unit hooked to a cheap Sherwwod receiver and a old Boss sub, with a pair of the good old Minimus 11 speakers. Yes old school power..........
