  I purchased a motherboard from this seller. There was a small delay in shipping but the seller was quick to reach out and explain. Item was received in a timely manner still and was packaged quite nicely. Although pictures were sparce the item was as described on the listing. Happy with my purchase thank you :)

  Seller inadequately packed collectible item and it arrived damaged, then refused to resolve. Forced me to open a case in order to get a return label. Claimed their responsibility ends when they drop the box off at the post office which is incorrect. Called me a “Karen” for fighting for my rights under the eBay guarantee. This was an expensive item - I don’t have $300+ to burn and I was looking for good customer service (which I didn’t get). Do not recommend.

  BAD SELLER!!! Item was NEVER shipped. Ghosted me after I contacted them regarding shipment and delivery... after the promised delivery date passed. They just created a shipping label but never actually sent the item that I paid for. I had to file an official complaint with Ebay to get my money refunded for this transaction.

  Seller created a shipping label immediately and promised late shipment via a message sent 10 days later on Ebay. Item was NEVER shipped. Seller was notified 6 months ago by Ebay regarding this refund for non-shipment so there is no way that this excuse blaming their children for the listing and left 6 months later, is valid.
