Practical insight into the worst thing that will happen to someone you know
This is not just for people grieving, but for anyone who wants to support someone grieving.... put your mind at rest and know the do's and don't s..... at some point, someone you know /work with/ care about will die, and then you're in the club you never wanted to join, the Grief club.
Numerous inclusions from the multitude of writers, actors, activists and comedians who Cariad has interviewed for her Griefcast podcast... Unpatronising, helpful, even at times some laughs...

twin truth plus gleeful laughs
This book is magnificently funny yet truthful. Relatable , witty yet honest, I think it should be recommended as mandatory reading for any parent or friend of multiples (twins, triplets etc). Jen Brister is a superb comic and her book is able to convey humour in what is often a horrendous introduction to parent-of-twin life. (I'm speaking from the perspective of being a solo parent of twins myself!) I wish I knew the author but the book makes you feel like if you did know her, you'd enjoy a coffee/sarcastic eye roll and then laugh together.
