Vostok Quality in question.

I've been reading about Vostok watches for years, and have been wanting one and decided to give one a try...the price is great for what this watch is supposed to be..a true waterproof watch for diving...Cons: the cheapest watch band ever made, I mean plan on simply throwing the band away! and the dial is small like the old watches of the 1960s-small and the number marker and hand lume is not very good. the stem is tricky to get used to winding and setting...setting the date takes FOREVER, because of having to rotate the hands twice around per click of the date indicator.Pros: Good finish watch case is of good size and the non ratcheting bezel stays where you set it via friction...and of course it is self winding and stem wound as well....and the vostok waterproof case back system. Overall for the price..its okay...nothing to write home to mom about. I probably would not buy another one...unless there is one with a larger dial.
