The best by test
Talk about reinventing the WHEEL= This company has done just that. Try walking a beat in the bronx on a below freezing nite with a wind chill factor of below -25 degrees this product you put on a couple of minutes before going out and your lips after an 8 hour shift will not be on any of your lists of cracked or dryed out and in the summer same thing lips soft not burned up by the sun. Wish it was around during vietnam & Germany. a true believer at 70 years old
