Disappointed
2 personnes sur 3 ont jugé cet avis utile. I bought this watch because it was in "excellent" condition and because Best Buy was such a trusted name. In the end the watch had a large scuff and several small scratches. I took it to the Best Buy store and they agreed it was indeed not in "excellent" condition but they couldn't seem to adjust the price or help me. They would return the product but there were no more available to buy. The watch functions fine and the battery is great. It was just disappointing to pay the "excellent" quality price when they was not how the product turned out.
