Heavyweight with great Features
Omar Khayyam is often described as a Persian Tentmaker. He was much more than that. He was a highly trained leading Mathematician credited with many advances in Mathematics.
His Philosophical thinking and his writing as translated by Edward Fitzgerald is a joy to read. It is clear Free Thinking and should be required reading by Students in all Schools. Colleges and Universities. It transcends the humbug and ignorant lies connected and perpetrated by organized Religions

Medieval
A great book although fictional.
It reminded me of my school days in England playing Robin Hood against the Sherif of Nottingham. It made a change from Cops & Robbers, Cowboys & Indians and (Finns and Russians who were at war at that time)
It is slightly different from the early Movie of Ivanhoe starring Robert Taylor and Elisabeth Taylor.

A Good Story with disturbing features
A journey from innocence to reality with educational aspects that encourage the reader to search for information about a relatively unknown artist.
