Bad Reception

Phone was New but after giving IMEI to ATT all worked Messaging Internet Phone but the Reception was Poor on other end of Conversation was told many Times I was Breaking Up and had 4 Stars in Areas that other Phones were clear on both ends Just Older Model and maybe partly way I was Holding Phone also with n with out case Same but Overall good Phone just Dated
