amazing purchase.... headache of a company to deal with
When i got this phone HTC 10 the first time it was a complete mess, nothing worked in it and i even lost my sim card in it and had to get a new card. Contacting the company was a pain and sending the phone back was a nightmare. it took forever to receive the first time and took even longer to get the replacement. Once i did get the replacement new phone it has been amazing and i love the phone. Hopefully you don't get the same situation as mine. In the end it was worth it for the price.
