  I purchased a Webkinz velvety elephant plush from this seller that was listed as new with code, when I received the plush there was no code, when I contacted the seller they were more than helpful and accommodating! They apologized profusely for the mislabelled post and offered me a full refund as well as a different pet code to make up for the velvety elephant! I highly highly recommend this seller even though I didn’t receive exactly what I originally had ordered.
