Loved it!
Strange little book - sad, happy... confusing, reassuring, motivating.. but then I love all of Bachman’s books!

Fantastic for arthritic achy feet!
Great shoes for arthritic feet! The rocker motion is moderate - doesn’t make you off balanced when leaning back on heels. These last a long time plus an Orthotics manufacturer can make custom orthotics to replace the insole.

Great reference book!
Best selection of filler patterns! This only gives pictures of finished squares; you have to go online to see a quick demo of each one. (That's a problem if you're in a remote cabin.....). My only real problem with this book : how to make a choice among so many patterns! It is mind boggling!
