  The item was exactly as pictured. It wasn’t wrapped with the most care and took over 2 weeks to arrive. The seller was fair so I would still recommend them. Just some things could have been better.

  Ty for your feedback. We clear bag all of our plushies while on the shelve and ship in white bags to keep shipping cost down and for privacy. I inqued to the post office when I seen it was hung up in cinny. Again ty for your purchase and feedback.
