    This product was listed as new. It showed up and is clearly used. I reached out to the seller who did not respond to my message. Additionally, the remote will not sync with the device that uses this universal remote for operational control. Buyer beware.

    Shipped out in same condition I received it from Distributor. Never touched it. Would have taken back.

    Sent out after having service being done and spending $400. Cleaned and tweaked. It sounded great. The packing that it was sent back was horrible. Customer received full refund.

    Received in EXCELLANT condition. Early too! Good heavy box, well taped. heavy bubble wrap around unit, with cardboard cut to keep unit from bouncing around in box. Player froze switching from side A to B, however this in no way was the sellers issue. A new VEB1184 belt from thelaserparts store on ebay and some isopropyl alcohol on the players grip ring and it runs like glass. These are COMMON LD disc player issues that every owner should be prepared for. Tons of YouTube videos. Great Seller!!!
