  I am not usually one to be critical, but when I pay a premium price for a used bag, I expect it to be in excellent condition. I contacted the seller and offered pictures of the bag being dirty on the outside of the bag. I also told her I tried to clean it off. Because I put it in better condition than when I received it, she will not allow the return. I could fight it with EBay, but I am not that kind of person. I just won’t buy from this seller again. Lesson learned.

  We are sorry you were not happy with that beautiful purse. The 2 tiny spots you were concerned with were evident in listing pics. Plus you had the item 6 days before you contacted us & AFTER you "scraped and cleaned" it? The purse was my personal purse and was NOT water damaged or musty at all. We wish you had contacted us within a reasonable time not 6 days and also BEFORE you "scraped" it. Again we are truly sorry this purchase did not please you like so many of our buyers are.
