Many of Vonda's Best!
We really enjoy this CD, as it includes many of our favorite Vonda Shepard songs, which are especially great live! I didn't realize that our type of dvd player would not play the dvd, however. Luckily it did work on our computer, though!

Great product with questionable packaging for mailing
The product is fine, and my granddaughter loved her birthday gift. It was packaged in a mailing carton much larger than the product's box, but had very little protection inside the carton. It was crushed on one end and actually affected the product box. With a little work, it was salvageable.

This "Non-Diet" Works
The book clearly explains the rationale behind this style of eating. The plan is easy to follow, and the recipes are simple and tasty. Best of all, this way of eating really works for weight loss and control.
