Fair Condition- used
This product is fair. I bought it knowing it was used. Some songs do not play well in that they skip or replay the same portion over & over. I have used water and a soft cloth which has improved the playability but still needs more. I feel that I can get them to work when I spend a-little more time on them.

Works Fine
This wrench does exactly what it is supposed to do!

Good deal
This product is no longer manufactured so it was good to get it. This item works exactly as it should. The vibration is variable and the heat works fine. There were several available but most models do not have the heat….a big plus.
