"Open box"? No, damaged!

This flooring stapler was described as open box, which normally would indicate it to be otherwise functional, but this thing arrived with a bent component that would have rendered it useless. Fortunately, I was able to do an extensive teardown and straighten the bent piece. It remains to be seen if my repair job will last to completion of the small job I bought it for.

Look great on black panel
One minor problem: Wire on one lamp was misshaped causing lack of contact.

Pricey but worth it.
Replaced broken part on OMC boat controls. OMC is out of business. 3 times the price of a new part (if it were available), but happy to pay it rather than have to buy a complete control assembly used for $250!
