  I had to convince the seller to allow me to buy the tubes since had restricted buyers to the 48 states and I lived in Hawaii. I was able to change his mind and he shipped said items accordingly. Items were in excellent condition and as described. Paying $12 shipping, I expected it to be sent via first class mail iso USPS ground which took a few weeks to get to Hawaii.
