2 Bulb 18W 18 watt UV for Tetra Pond Clarifier 2G11 New

This was the answer

Lost track of how long I had the new UV light. Found water wasn't so clear anymore, cleaning filter on small and large pumps all the time. Even though the old bulb was obviously working I decided to try a new one. my biggest fear when changing bulbs is the ballast won't start the new bulb and then it's a nightmare. Put the new bulb in and it fired right up. Within about 3 or 4 days the pond was crystal clear and the filters were staying clean much longer. This was the answer to my problems. Thank you.
