Plantronics Marque 2/M165 did not work as it should.
This is my second Plantronics M165. My first one is on its 6th year of use. So I figured to get a new one because I am starting to have minor issues with it. When I received the Plantronics Marque /M165, I fully charged it and paired it with my phone. When I received my first call, after about 15 minutes of talk time, the headset stated battery low and recharge headset. I thought maybe I didn't charged it correctly. I tried charging it again. Same issue. Maybe that particular one was defective coming out of the manufacturer. Thankfully, I was able to return it without any problems. Thank you ebay!
