Should have a class action law suit against Mr Gasket for even selling these!!!
This is the second 160 thermostat I have got from Mr Gasket. First on lasted little over a month, this last one I literally only drove the car 3 different times. 15 - 20 miles each, then it failed. $8 AutoZone thermostat works like a thermostat should. Mr Gasket High Flow Thermostats are garbage, might as well burn your money.

Very lightweight

Not bolt & go
This is a very nice stainless exhaust with a very mild tone. Looks great sounds great. It is listed as a 2 1/2" system, sadly it is 2" for the first foot or so. After the engine area is cleared it steps up to 2 1/2". I installed this on a 1962 BelAir. With the X frames being the same i was hoping for a quick install. This was not a 2 or 3 hour job, more time than planned was needed. Frame brackets had to be fabricated & welded into place. To keep the exhaust banks running parallel some of the pre bent exhaust pipe had to be trimmed. If you run a spin on oil filter conversion a short filter will need to be used. The exhaust tips will need to be welded on after your install as well. Even though this was for an Impala & I installed on my BelAir the single page of directions really wont help at all. BelAir or Impala. Would I install this system on another car? Yes, & would plan a couple, three days for install instead of expecting 2 or 3 hours. Hope this helps future buyers. Good investment for your full size Chevy.
