This is by far one of the best values I have ever purchased off of E-bay PERIOD. I never have trouble with this machine. Every stitch is as perfect as the book illustrates. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO ADJUST THE TENSION! It has an AUTO upper thread setting that I figured was a joke. It's not. I've never had to experiment to get the top & bottom tensions just right. That is not only a time saver, but a real selling feature. The LCD screen is straight forward showing the foot necessary to implement the stitch, & pre set lenghts & widths. You may modify if you want. There are enough feet that come with this machine to pretty well satisfy most needs. The quick release function means you don't need to get a screwdriver out to change the feet either. Just push a button and snap a new foot on. Bobbin winding is great. No more clutch to release, it's automatic. Many of the features this machine has are only found on the high/higher end machines that other manufactures produce. Whether you're a casual sewer or someone that sews everyday, you should find this machine a joy to use. Quiet, Smooth & Powerful, it's really a great all around machine. There are only two things that I wish this machine had. A Mirror function Key and a person to do all my sewing for me! Until they get that, I guess I'll just have to live with this one!!!!

Nice but could use a longer cord

Only reason why this didn’t get 5stars is it doesn’t have a long cord. It would also be nice if it had a retractable cord too. My old iron did but it didn’t take wrinkles out in one pass! This iron with the new 3 D sole plate is awesome. I would recommend.
