Excellent low profile unbalanced to balanced audio line signal converter.

I needed to convert twelve unbalanced output channels of an inexpensive Dolby ATMOS controller to balanced XLR outputs to be sent to self-powered loudspeakers and this unit fits the bill perfectly. This is a well-made but low profile unit perfect to daisy-chain for higher channel count. Be aware that you will need a 24V (0.5amp-1amp) power supply that can be attached either via barrel connector (5.5mm OD/2.5mm ID) barrier strip. All XLR and RCA connections are gold plated for better connectivity and there are individual trim pots that will allow each output to be adjusted individually.

Great as airline travel audio-visual case

Lightweight but tough case for air travel with 19" width audio equipment. Other brands named after a certain aquatic bird are equally tough but tend to be much heavier, therefore more expensive to ship or use in an airplane cargo hold. Note: interior is HARD foam and glued to the frame. It takes some effort to remove it and is not reusable once this is done.
