  The seller experiened a lot of frustration on their end with the mailing of the item. However, he worked very closely with me through consistent messaging in the eBay app to ensure I eventually received my item. All throughout the process, he was very apologetic for the inconvenience, he went to great lengths to ensure buyer satisfaction, and he acted above and beyond what I would expect from an online reseller. I truly appreciate that and am so pleased to have my item in the end. Thanks!

  Seller sent the wrong item and promised to make things right once I send the item back. Seller ignored me afterwards, only providing a refund for the item after I initialized a complaint with Ebay. So technically I am out of pocket for the cost of sending the item back. Avoid!

  Seller fixed everything. Turns out there was issues on his end that meant I wasn't receiving his replies. I now recommend this seller 100%.
