  Found no way to contact seller other than this feedback. Phone purchased was significantly damaged in shipment. Plastic case of phone was broken as follows: back edge of the top of the phone (above 12 o’clock position of the dial) was cracked; middle of back side of case was cracked all the way through from top edge to bottom edge; and piece of back of the case was completely broken off along bottom edge.
