Quality
I actually couldn't mount it in its intended way, due to other devices I hsve mounted on the handlebars. I WAS able to mount it "side saddle" on top of my rear, right side pannier .
Very well made.

Not good
Let me say at the outset that this fit my hands very well. I'm a man with large hands and I needed toenail pliers that were large. The problem I had was in The Cutting Edge that was not Sharp as it should have been. I should have returned the item right away, but made the mistake of trying to sharpen the edge with a Dremel tool, as I have done with other cutting instruments I own. In this case I was not able to make them sharper, and I wound up throwing them out.
