  Probably one of the best interactions with a a seller on eBay. Bought iPhone 13 advertised in pristine condition but had a slight issue with audio when making calls on speaker. This was an honest mistake which this seller corrected and paid for being fixed with no hesitation and paid for the cost of postage. Would highly recommend this buyer for reliability and honesty!

  This IPhone was advertised as being in Pristine condition but although it looked immaculate the microphone didn’t work.On messaging the seller they offered to have the phone repaired and returned to me or issue me a full refund.I chose the latter as I needed a replacement urgently.I appreciate the helpful communication from the seller.

  Thank you for your feedback. I did retest the iPhone on return and found the microphone and all functions to be fully working. The phone was sold in pristine condition as described, but I’m glad I was able to provide a prompt refund to resolve the situation.
