Count was off, but did the job.

Bolts have a square carriage bolt head, which will work will original bed strips with a little extra work (original bolts are splined at the head vs square). My kit was short a few large 5/16 fender washers (used where there is no metal brace under the wood IE- inner fender bolts) and it appears a was given a few extra 3/8 long bed to frame mount bolts. The quality of the hardware appears to be good.

Maybe not the best way to mount stereo on a fish/ski boat

Item is advertised as water resistant/proof...... however I was able to slide the wires thru the back of unit. Also concerned with the amount of heat trapped inside the unit from the stereo. There is only 1 "power" wire available thru back of unit, so wiring stereo with power and memory must be done with 1 wire that is probably an 18 or 20 awg.

Great part and price, needs better packing

Quality part at s great price. Bearing arrived fast with good communication to track part. Small dent/burr on edge of bearing from being dropped during shipping, actually broke through box and packing material. Was able to use a file and clean edge up. Installed and bearing works great.
