About 3 weeks after, I went to exchange my strap out and discovered the terrible and embarrassing mistake I made. I immediately contacted the seller and arranged to have his item shipped back. The seller was communicative and understanding.

It is exactly what I needed. simple. perfect. I had all the stuff for my old phone so I replaced it. now I have two batteries, car charger etc without having to buy them all again. This phone will get dropped by me frequently and not break. and it works perfecctly in england.
