Very disappointing.
It is not a book, it should be called a brochure. The basic information is briefly given in 4-5 sentences in a large font. Nothing to do with autoimmune diet. Just briefly given basic information that can be found in Tesco’s monthly magazine. Autoimmune disease is a serious health issue and surely cannot be interpreted in the vague format, as it is in the “book”. Moreover, it doesn’t actually say anything about “diet”. Only, 30 pages that could be squeezed in A4 format if the font was a bit smaller. As you can see from the photos, bare minimum of info given. DISAPPOINTING
