J5Create Live Capture Adapter does exactly what it says.

This product does exactly what it says and does it well. It takes a live HDMI source, such as a Camcorder, and outputs a USB-C video for viewing on a USB-C smartphone, Android in my case, or to a Laptop. My specific use was to make my smartphone act as a large viewfinder for my Canon G30 HD camcorder. The phone used USB Camera app for this purpose. You only need to add a short HDMI cable from the camcorder to the J5 capture adapter. Previous capture cards required extra cable adapters and were not reliable. Lire l'avis complet...

Does not perform as advertised...not useful for what's it's intended to do...

Cant capture video and audio thru an hdmi cable as advertised... look to other products to accomplish this simple task.
