J'ai du payé 41,67 de dédouanage pour le Québec . Toutes mes autres achats ont été livré sans frais . Avoir su je l'aurais commandé ailleurs . Je pensais avoir fait une économie en commandant chez ce fournisseur. Donc ceux du Canada et Quebec ne pas commandé de ce dealers . Je paye cette appareil plus cher ... Mercedes Sprinter diagnostic tool is , "Worth It".
Pro: unit will generate information for wheel speed sensors on a 2013 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 RV and allow user to diagnose these sensors , this allows Sprinter owner to avoid two sensors going bad at the same time and sending Sprinter into limp in mode and requiring a tow truck. If you repair one sensor prior to another going bad your safe. This feature saves Sprinter owners many hours of frustration. Mercedes should supply one with every Sprinter sold as this problem is a real safety problem with Sprinters. For this and more this scanner tool is well worth more than it's price.
Cons: Unfortunately, the Mercedes Sprinter version offers little other (PID information) which relate to Sprinters. The (PID) information which can diagnose other specific Sprinter features are limited and some which would really be beneficial are missing. iCarSoft MBII scanner tool (not i980)
Very good scanner providing deep insight into Mercedes and Chrysler Crossfire (use MB R170 SLK320). Can make a deep subsystem scan/clear that a plain OBD-II scanner cannot. The only issue is that the ability to save scans on a PC is there but generates a fault when an export is attempted and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Every other scanner I have tried has this ability and is important since the recommended procedure is to scan, record, clear, and then see what comes back. A service record is also good for any car.
I hope it is fixed soon but for the moment is a serious drawback. Am having to photograph the individual screens. Have notified iCarsoft but the response was not encouraging.Lire l'avis complet...

DIY at its best!
Air bag light came on in my 2013 Smart Fortwo, dealership wanted $350 to diagnose the issue plus I’d be without transportation for an entire day. I was able to diagnose the issue & had it resolved myself thanks to this scanner tool software specifically designed for Mercedes brands. I was curious to see if it worked in other vehicles so I tried it on my neighbor’s car. While the features for non MB vehicles aren’t as detailed, it was still able to read all the basic diagnostics. It worked for finding ABS/ESP codes, with help from the web.
It does check the OBD and many other on-board computers on my 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500 CRD, but it is difficult navigate the options and find and interpret the data I was looking for. There are some online forums that can advise you on how to better use this device, and with their help I was able to figure out the issues with my van and solve the problems with out going to a mechanic. Specifically I had trouble with the ABS/ESP/traction control, and trouble with the TPMS. I was able to read the trouble codes, and then after fixing the issue I was able to erase the codes with this device.Lire l'avis complet...

It is perfect for 2006 Dodge Sprinter Diesel
I bought the MB2 scanner because I recently purchased a 2006 Dodge Sprinter diesel van and it had 4 warning lights on including the ABS. I connected the MB2 and it showed the right rear speed sensor was implausable (ie disconnected) . Sure enough the cable was broken and after fixing the problem the MB2 reset the ABS,ESP,BAS warnings and 3 of the 4 warnings were gone. The last warning was a P0380 glow plug warning that turned out to be a wire up against the injector rail. The MB2 showed that as well. I love this scanner because it worked perfectly the first time. These people sold me that diagnostic scanner claiming that I was going to trouble shoot the ABS system onto a BMW 2009 328I and also to be able to reset the airbag system. The unit was sold advertising all these different capabilities. In fact none of these functions are able to be displayed onto the main menu. This is a total rip off and false advertising. You can not have the function DSC to be able to identify which ABS sensor is faulty. It simply give you a generic code abs sensor A defective. I just wasted $139 .Lire l'avis complet...

Very happy to have this tool: It clears SRS, ESP, BAS and other faults from my car after battery dead and recharge to full .I saves me $$$ if bring it to dealer or other machine shop.

Works with 2017 Sprinter
This works with my 2017 Sprinter 4x4. I have used it to reset the SRS warning. I have not had to use it for any engine codes yet, but I expect it to work well for that. The UI could probably be better but it gets the job done. I am surprised that this is not a nice, modern iPhone app with a nice UI.
