Not what I expected
I love yoga and I love ballet. There is just too much of the spiritual aspect of yoga. I can't get past it to do the exercises. Too much centering and breathing. Not enough exercising for me.

Interesting
This is definitely different. It was enjoyable and kept me engaged. The music was quite different but the entire routine was very upbeat!
