An excellent how-to guide for tiered cakes

Beautifully illustrated cakes that make me excited to start decorating. And since I'm just beginning, I'm also excited that this book includes patterns in the back of the book. I was really excited to see the "Special Techniques" section for bows and fondant animals too.
