Typical WD hard drive, pretty good

It is a mechanical hard drive. I got it for my wife's old Dell laptop and it did not work. It was not the hard drive's fault, but other issues. I will keep it for future use as an external hard drive. It's typical mechanical hard drive with speed and noise.
