This is one of the last video sets to be made using Warren Miller's signature style. I own one of the newer Warren Miller films (Wintervention) made without the industry mogul, but they lack the grace and style that made the giant what he was, larger than life.
The atmosphere of the original Warren Miller films remains unattainable for this new "punk" style generation of skiers, and falls short of the inspirational tone of the former.
In short, if you are a fan of the classic "It's always snowing somewhere" themeing of the signature Warren Miller genre, then this is a box set worth owning and watching year after year.
