Built solid!
These are built solid and have an O ring on the bottom to seal out moisture. A great value for the price! Will work with many antennas that have the UHF type connection.

Good, well-made heavy adapter for your antenna.
Nice and solid with good finish plating and cleanly cut knurling, threads and o-ring surface. I have not had the adapter long so cannot speak to corrosion resistance or other longevity factors but my Tram antenna has performed and held up perfectly and this item seems to be of similar construction and quality.
As with ANY mobile antenna, check your connections occasionally for security.
I prefer NMO connectors but received an antenna with weatherproof PL-259 mount and this makes it work.Lire l'avis complet...

Handy test adapter!
I work in the mobile radio industry and purchased this so that I can test the feedline from the radio to the antenna, with a dummy load at the antenna. This lets me test the quality of the cable without having any interference from the antenna. It is rock solid, and would work well this a small antenna on the roof or other mounting location. I would be cautious of using this will a hefty antenna such as a Diamond triband mobile antenna, not because this will break but because i have never seen an MNO mount that could withstand the stresses that a large antenna would create! I have swept this into the UHF range and it has a low and flat SWR to at least 500 MHz.Lire l'avis complet...

Great adapter to convert nmo mount to so239 for use with antennas with a pl259 connector on them. Low profile adds minimum height. Solid built.

Great adapter
This adapter makes it easy to use a UHF (PL239) based antenna on a Motorola (NMO) mount. Dielectrically neutral, no additional resistance from the connector.

Good Enough
It's not the best quality, but it's cheap and niche so hard to find. I wanted to use my Arrow Handheld Yagi with the 5100 in my car. This was better than crawling under my dash every time to unhook the cable at the radio body.Lire l'avis complet...
