Built solidly and a "good value"!

We are just now testing the "value" portion of this product. It is not as expensive as pervious units of a different brand that we have tried. This unit appears to be nearly identical in manufacturing quality as compared to the more costly ones that we have burned through.

Second one I've owned.

This replaced an older Wen model that was used for several years. It sanded many projects before it wore out. So I decided to purchase the same brand again. A couple of improvements help make this a very handy belt and disc sander.Lire l'avis complet...

Great little tool

Great addition to my shop, stable And compact,
power is ok, easy to change belts.
Dust collection seems to collect about 75 % of the dust.

Not a bad little sander

This is a decent sander for the price point. I can not use my disc sander table due to the cast bed is way out of alignment from back to front with no way to adjust. The only adjustment is sliding the table closer or farther away to the disc so I removed it. Not a whole lot of power but that was expected. It's a breeze to change out the 36" sanding belt and I like the removeable top guard which must be removed to sand long boards. For $108 including tax this was a good purchase as it's saving me time and effort. Lire l'avis complet...

Editing a previous review.

It's a solid unit. Slightly underpowered. Good for crafting and small projects. I'm displeased with the side table for the disc. It mounts quite flimsy and with only one mounting point at the front. No support at the rear. It drops often. If you intend to use the disc part often, I'd shop around. I'm going to build a support. The vacuum port fits a shop vac hose perfectly.

Updated review. Not pleased with this piece. It's very weak. The side table for the disc is useless. It groans n growls when using the belt. I wish I would have bought something better.

Great price for a useful tool!

All in all it's a great little sander. Easy to change belts and discs. Base isn't level and wobbles. Base plate for disc sander is wobbly.

solid construction, few plastic parts

I like the cast iron base on this sander.The vac port is in the right place so the hose doesn't interfere with any other parts. The is the easiest belt change I've had.

Solid machine. I love it.

This is a solid, well built piece of equipment that I will use a lot. It will save a lot of sweat when it comes to many different kinds of sanding jobs.

best sander you can buy for the money.

It does not have handles. doesn't need handles. I love my wen sander. it does the job of sanding just fine. great little sander. I use it all the time.

Very good value

I was going to build a disk sander and a bracket to hold my belt sander but this product is cheaper than diy and performs vey well. Easy to assemble
