Item was received within 3 days of purchase and was brand new in an unopened box. Set up was simple and took less than 5 minutes and easily worked with my current Vivint system.

Works okay

I bought 2. One had to be returned due to no sound. The picture isn't wonderful but it's fine for what I do, which is watch my dogs when I am not home. If you want a crisp clear picture, don't get the ping camera. I like it because it was 2-way sound. The Vivint cameras without the sound have a much better picture.Lire l'avis complet...

Ping camera

I really like this camera. I’m very pleased with the picture quality. It ha a huge viewing angle, and I can hear what’s going on in the room.

Vivint Ping is King

This Vivint Ping camera is great that why I have four of them.
Now that Vivint has enabled zoom makes it even better.
Very good quality image and audio is crystal clear.
