Works for me!
I have used these patches for some time and find they work much better than trying to get B 12 orally, I can tell a difference when I use them. I put one on on Mondays and Thursdays and leave it on for up to 48 hours, don't know if it's good that long but why not?Lire l'avis complet...

Not sticky!
It was almost impossible to peak them off the paper they came attached to. They fell off my arm nearly every time I used them!

Energy, and clear thinking B12
Older people need to increase their B 12, and this is so easy- nothing to swallow, just pit a patch the size of a small dot on your wrist, or behind your ear- you'll notice the difference
