This pouch will work adequately right up till it fails. The pouch rely on elastic on the sides to secure the tention on the tourniquet inside. Depending on use, this will fail..sooner or later.
On the good side? Has a good place to secure your EMT shears.

Great Buy!

A bit bulky for a tourniquet holster but this one does double duty also being a trauma shear holster (something that is usually necessary for applying a tq). Also has multiple ways to attach this pouch to your kit. Attaches horizontally or vertically.Lire l'avis complet...

good tq pouch!!

I really do like this pouch for my tq and my shears, however it is a little bulky so sticks out a little bit when full.

Good product

Seems to be of good quality and was able to apply under a no stress situation. Hopefully I'll never have to use it but if I do, it'll be a life saver!!!
