Zenith 3000 Transoceanic Transistor Radio - A classic radio collectors item in excellent condition!

Excellent condition, works very well.
These 1960 Zenith radios are a superior build and the quality is excellent. Battery life is phenomenal considering the components and the technology.

It is a heavy radio (not portable by today's standards) and fairly large. Caution: do not transport using the extended antenna and carrying handle as there is a risk of damainging or breaking the handle and antenna due to the weight of the radio.

Superhet design supports excellent reception on all bands but use of an external antenna for shortwave incresaes substantially the number of shortwave stations accessible.
