Falls apart – avoid

The hook and loop mechanism of this strap are thermally fused from two pieces designated by the black and red parts of the strap respectively.. apparently, these are not fused at the sufficiently high temperature and the red and black pieces pull apart easily and after only a few uses, rendering the strap useless.
