Great Series.

L. J. Smith is my favorite author. much to what people say she came out with her vampire books before the twilight series many years before now. Its not a dated series though. I often find myself rereading these books and now there is finally a new book to the series. This series will also be made into a tv series on cw. :) If you liked twilight i am sure you will love this series I know i enjoy it more than twilight. :P enjoy

Book is in great shape and has no bent or ripped pages.

Great!! One weird part was that a page in the book had some feathers in it, lol. Otherwise its in perfect shape!!

Calling all Twilight fans!

If you're still incredibly obsessed (like me) with Edward and Bella's relationship and are saddened by the end of their story, look no further. The Vampire Diaries is not entirely the same (there are a few rules of the Vampire world that are different), but the story of Stefan and Elena follow very closely along the same lines. Although this book came out before the Twilight series, I read it after I read all of the Twilight books. Yes, they are similar..but, you must break free from Twilight to appreciate this series.
I, personally ..like these books a lot. Although, the later books in this series got a little corny, and seemed like she was reaching to keep the plot thick.
Also, these books are very different from the TV series (where they basically changed just about everything).Lire l'avis complet...

I think that the Twilight series actually was based on this since the first book was published by LJ Smith back in 1991!! I read these when I was in 5th grade for crying out loud!!

THE BEST vampire/human love triangle, lots of otherworldly species including a werewolf..... I actually couldn't help seeing where Meyer got HER ideas LOLLire l'avis complet...

I liked that the description was accurate as to how much wear and tear the book had. It didn't try to make it seem nicer than it was. The book was a good read, especially if you have followed the series at all.
The t.v. series is completely different than the book, so it keeps you interested, but maintains some of the main themes.Lire l'avis complet...

I like the book a lot . I couldn't stop reading. I decided to buy because I started to watch The Vampire Diaries on TV. I read the book in one week. I'm reading the second book now.
