This blade is awesome for the field. It is rugged.
You can shop wood or take a head off. I have redone my handle with 550 chord.

Medium heavy and built for the outdoors.

I actually bought it as a gift for a friend. I took it out of the box and it felt heavy. It really felt strong and balance. I would have used something for the handle.

A heavy machete needs a much better grip handle. Should be thicker and “grippy”.

Now this is a knife

This is as close to the Rambo movie knife. It is a one piece heavy SOB. It is not sharp but, no problem now it has an edge. The sheath looks heavy duty. Very happy and it arrived one day early.

Wow!!! What a nice little beast!

This short and stocky hunk of iron is heavier than some machetes nearly twice as long! Sweet vintage “knife “ of Rambo and Hibben fame, is ALL OVER the Rambo IV movie!! Nice!

Hefty feel, impressive look.

Hefty feel and took a nice edge. Definitely not just for show. A bargain considering the price of an original handcrafted Hibben "J.R."

Poor Quality

I have one of these. Heavy, awkward, and poor fit in the hand. Attempted to do some minor reprofiling of the knife only to discover the layers of steel are not fully welded in many places. Useless knife, don’t waste your money.Lire l'avis complet...
