Actually works!

Nearly everytime westerns are connected with sci-fi: a total flop, but this one really works for several reasons. First, it's supposed to be funny, and 2)
Chris Kattan plays the typical dopey sweetheart cowboy wannabe who falls for the 3)smoldering niece of Geronimo. 4)Actor James Denton is really the man to watch, however, he's a real natural at westerns. Westerns were always carried by great acting, and Denton is a throwback to Old Hollywood. He plays 'straight,' while Kattan plays the wacky sidekick. Some humor and language not appropriate for younger viewers, but older viewers will appreciate a good trail western (5) as the duo runs from a crooked sheriff and toward breaking Geronimo's zombie like final curse which, of course, the alluring Navi Rawat (as Geronimo's niece) can surely help them with. Army deserter Elmer Winslow and local cowboy Luke Budd are on the run after robbing the evil Sheriff Claypool, stealing his money and fleeing the town, they find themselves with an angry posse on their trail. Joining Elmer and Luke is an Apache warrior, who’s out to wreak vengeance on behalf of her decimated people; her plan is to attack the U.S. Army wherever she can find it, and she takes Elmer up on his offer to go with her to the nearest Army outpost he knows. Wild West Zombies ?

I thought it would be neat to see a zombie movie with a western theme, but this movie had a weak storyline.It's listed as a comedy so why wasn't i laughing much ?The cast is decent and special effects okay but the story looked as if it was written as they were filming.The movie has some funny parts as well, along with some gory ones and the Indian woman was pretty hot.Not the best zombie movie or not the worst either.Lire l'avis complet...

This is a great movie in the style of Shaun of the Dead but western-esk! I love all kinds of zombies films even the bad ones(which make up most of the genre). This was an excellent Zombedy! Zombie western with a twist or two

Great cheesy comedy.

Very funny. Cheesy as hell, in a good way. Would recommend it to any zombie fan with a sense of humour.

A different type of western movie............ZOMBIES !!!!!!!!!!
I always enjoy a good zombie flick and took a chance on trying this one. I'm glad I did. Lots of humorous bits, good cowboys, bad cowboys, dumb partners, beautiful women, and splashing, splattering blood and guts.
