I messed up my address and contacted him about about my mistake. He fixed it for me and also included wire's that where not listed. I can only wish there were more people like this in the world.

Tritton headset

Headset works great. It's loud enough so I can hear pretty much everything. Only problem is when I received it the mic didn't work. And still doesn't. Good headset for the price
