good. better than haynes. not as good as bentley. bentley is only manual i need. some things that are not in here are in haynes. i think haynes has better pictures, but this seems to cover more information and contain more diagrams of electrical and more up to date for my 98 318i. i would love to figure out why i have to write 100 words for it to be a legitimate review. i've only had it for a week and for the 3 projects i've looked at it has had the above descriptions.Lire l'avis complet...

Should be PART of your reference library

Some reviews groan with comparisons to other publications costing twice as much. I'm not sure what one expects in that regard. This is a handy, more convenient reference book with a lot of good information. It should be considered a component in your reference arsenal, not a stand alone replacement for it. Example: it contains both wiring and vacuum diagrams. So does the big silver book that costs twice as much. Sometimes it's more convenient to open a smaller lighter book, than a larger heavier one. Both books have their place, and in my opinion, one doesn't replace the other- rather it compliments the other.Lire l'avis complet...

Ok book. I have always used Chilton. For the price it is a good value. Must be a mechanic or good at figuring some stuff out. Great price .
